Service Description

Nurture + Nourish offers support and insight when life feels a bit too full, and your bandwidth is at capacity. It's a shorter style session, where we touch base to see where you’re at, and from there determine which plant medicine remedies would best support you at this time. There are many fantastic herbal remedies that offer nervous system and stress support, which in the short term give you space to breathe and get your bearings. This is an acute herbal medicine approach, to help you feel more like yourself again. Although short, the consult chat still holds it’s own healing essence, aiding the remedies to help restore a sense of freedom within. From there, your next step becomes clearer, and approaching life feels that bit more easeful. Healing journeys require their own window of energy, space and time, and sometimes that’s not where we’re at. Nourish + Nurture offers an in-between, where we chat just enough to get a picture of the most appropriate plant medicine to support your body and nervous system, without the deep unpacking of other healing sessions. More Details: Session cost: $75 30 min consult Remedies are additional, and the total cost of them generally ranges between $40-$80. The range of plant medicines I prescribe may include things such as herbal tea, herbal tinctures, flower essence drops or herbal tablets. Please note: the purpose of this session is to prescribe plant medicine support for you, but we always discuss remedy options in session to ensure your budget needs are considered. Remedies are only prescribed where clinically indicated. If you’re a first time client, I’ll send you a form to fill in prior to your session. This ensures I’m across all your important details, and gives me more of an understanding of you and your current needs. All information is strictly confidential. These sessions are available online or in-person. If online, it’s via a zoom call, and your remedies will be posted to you (postage fee applies). In-person sessions are held at my healing space in Croydon (address given after booking).
