If you want to meet yourself on a deeper level, this is for you. What is The True Self — Self Discovery Journey? It’s a package of sessions intentionally tailored to your needs, held over 8-12 weeks, forming a sacred container of time, insight and depth. I take you through a blend of individually crafted sessions that your inner Self is calling for. For some, it will be gentle, deep, inner explorations, connecting to those lost parts of Self that are ready to be claimed. This is very healing, affirming and empowering. For others, it will be a powerful calling in and drawing down of that leading Soul Fire energy. This gives confidence and insight, and feels like the tap of creativity and purpose has been turned on. And then for others it will be a mix of anything in-between! That’s the beauty of this journey. It’s comprehensive. It’s intuitive. It’s all about you. I support and guide you through private online sessions, using my whole toolkit of intuitive healing and spiritual guidance skills. This can include herbal support, card readings, energy balancing, and of course my conversational-style energy alchemy healing approach. This package includes a minimum of four impactful 1:1 sessions. Beyond that we see what’s needed to bring more of your pure energy to the forefront of your life, and design the journey accordingly. A journey like this brings a different energy; it says “IT’S TIME” in a way that allows wider and deeper access to the parts that need to go, and those that want to be fully seen and expressed. It allows the inner shifts to happen faster than they otherwise might. It lets us arrange the sessions and our communications as uniquely for you as needed, which offers flexibility and support in how I can work with you. It’s a full ‘permission giving’ package, which is very cool and super exciting! How do we start? When booking you’ll move to the calendar to book your landing call, where we meet online, chat, and feel into the lay of the land. I devise the look and timing of your journey from there. Your landing call will be held online via Zoom, and I say to allow 60 minutes for this call. When you book there’s a short form for you to fill in with contact details and a bit about where you’re currently at.
