Meet yourself on a deeper level, clearing out energetic muck on the way. It served you, but now it’s time to be free of the burden. These healing sessions are where we meet the unseen parts of you, to soothe old energetic fractures, and reconnect to who you are beneath the patterns of past experiences, old inner stories and the conditioning of the world. It is a space for deep energetic and emotional witnessing, where your stories unwind, your energy softens, and you feel lighter via a renewed sense of focus and clarity. This is energetic alchemy... transforming pain and heaviness into power and freedom. This helps to make sense of something you feel or have experienced, when it's time to release the hold a lingering hurt or emotional pattern has over you. What a ‘Clear the Aura’ session feels like: We meet online and have a grounded, intuitively guided conversation that gently brings light to what's been packed away behind the scenes. My conversational-style healing approach is essentially a caring exploration of your energy field, letting us meet what’s ready to be seen and release what no longer serves. It feels natural and easy, allowing the inner shifts to present themselves to us. My healing style makes way for a heaviness to be lifted, one that you might not have realised you were even carrying. These sessions are open to anyone who resonates with my energy and feels drawn to explore more of their inner world to find what makes them tick and what their energetic potential really is. This session will be held online via Zoom. Allow up to 90 minutes for the session. When booking, there will be a booking form for you to fill in to give me some information prior to your session, which helps me to maximise the in-session experience for you.
