BOOKING CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULES
Minimum of 48 hours notice is requested for cancellations and/or rescheduled bookings. Repeat late cancellations or rescheduled bookings may incur a charge of the full session fee. Please contact AB at alieshabannister@gmail.com AB should you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Please be advised that we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges for perishable or customised items, as they cannot be restocked.​

FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS

Should your order arrived damaged, please email photos of the damaged item, including packaging and condition on delivery to alieshabannister@gmail.com To ensure we resolve your issue as soon as possible, please include your order number and name when contacting us. You acknowledge that our liability for orders damaged in transit is limited to the amount of any compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider, less our reasonable costs of investigating and applying for any compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If you are concerned that your order may be lost or misdelivered during transit, we ask that you contact us at alieshabannister@gmail.com as soon as possible, so we can investigate. You understand that while we’ll investigate your missing order, we make no representations as to responsibility or liability for any lost or misdelivered orders as a result of a delivery partner/courier error or for orders with incorrectly provided delivery address/information.​​​​​
