Clear out the energetic muck — it's time to meet yourself on a deeper level. These sessions are where we bring healing to the unseen parts, mending energetic fractures and reconnecting to who you are beyond patterns of past experiences, old inner stories and the conditioning of the world. This is energetic alchemy, transforming pain, shame and heaviness into power, love and freedom. It’s a space of deep energetic and emotional witnessing, where your stories unwind, your energy softens, and you feel lighter via a renewed sense of focus and clarity. It can help make sense of something you feel or have experienced, and release the hold a lingering hurt or emotional pattern has over you. Or, it could simply be that the world is a lot, and you desire support to process it all. What your Clear the Aura — Intuitive Healing Session looks like: We meet online and have a grounded, intuitively guided conversation that gently brings light to what's been packed away behind the scenes. My conversational-style healing approach is essentially a journey into your energy field. It feels natural and easy, as we allow the inner shifts to present themselves to us, and start to make sense of it all. This makes way for a heaviness to be lifted, one that you might not have realised you were carrying. These sessions are open to anyone who resonates with my energy, and feels drawn to explore more of their inner world to know themselves more, free up their bandwidth and reconnect with long lost parts. This session will be held online via Zoom. Allow up to 90 minutes for the session. When booking, there will be a short form for you to fill in to give me some information prior to your session, which helps me maximise the in-session experience for you.
