WHAT GUIDES THIS WORK
Before we work together, it matters to me that you know what guides this work. Not as a list of beliefs or promises, but as a way of how we engage with each other, and the work.
As with any experience where two people are working together, it helps to know who’s walking beside you. Especially because I’m not your standard-issue human, and this isn’t a typical kind of journey.
I began clinical practice in 2009 after completing a Naturopathy degree — a time which I now see was the learning ground for where I find myself today. As my healing practice grew, my scope moved from the physical body outward: into the emotional realm, the energetic realm, and eventually into the spiritual and social dimensions of human experience.
The work I do has deepened and shape-shifted many times. Years of listening, unlearning, and being changed by the work itself have brought me to where I am now.
I sit at the intersection of the inner Self, spirituality, and social transformation. This work is guided less by method, and more by intuition and orientation. Its power lies in how I listen, what I refuse to bypass, and the relationships I’m accountable to — with body, land, lineage, spirit, humanity as a whole, and the wider world.
What happens here is shaped by a commitment to depth, honesty, and justice, and by the understanding that personal insight does not exist outside of social and cultural context.
This is not work aimed at quick fixes, spiritual bypass, or comfort without responsibility.
This page is an invitation to understand the ground I stand on, before we decide whether we stand there together.
And if we are to walk together, it is my absolute honour to walk alongside you.
