who i am

You've arrived here because something in you knows it's time. Maybe you can't quite name it yet — but it's there, that inner burn, asking to move.

The work I do has deepened and shape-shifted many times. Years of listening, unlearning, feeling that same burn, and being changed by it, have brought me to where I am now.

In my work I offer a unique blend of spiritual counsel, creative intuitive insight, and an innately embedded ability to help you see your truth. I am deep, at home in the dark, and will have us both giggling wickedly even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty (which might even be my truest gift).

The first half of my life was about exploring and getting to know — like really know — who I am, and learning to read what the pulse of the collective was saying and needing. Now, moving through my forties, my path and direction is all about relationship building, resource sharing, and weaving all I learnt in the earlier days into people and community. It's quite the journey, parts of it defy explanation, but it's a real honour to be here on Earth at this time of such vast and transformative change.

The anti-patriarchal fire in me came slowly — and then all at once. I'm a cis, white, straight woman, she/her, living and working on unceded Wurundjeri Country, and I name that because I know the conditioning runs deep in bodies like mine. It shapes my lens, my blind spots, and the unlearning I'm committed to — not as a destination I've arrived at, but as the ongoing work I take seriously. The hunger to keep dissolving what was entrenched long before I had words for it? That's not going anywhere.

I am an activist, a creative, and a person who sees light in the dark. When I'm in your energy and spaces, I help you see what’s present in your inner landscape and in the vision you’re holding — so you can move forward with greater precision and integrity. We don't bypass the hard parts, ignore wider context, or shun any part of who you are. In fact, the quirky parts are like little clues guiding us along the map of your deeper knowing.

You’ll be surprised how funny and light you feel in my energy too; your comedy routines really come alive once you invite me in.

My approach to life is shaped by a commitment to depth, wholeness, energetic truth and justice, and by the understanding that true individual thriving does not exist without social change.

What I bring light to is the roots, the core, the cause of what we each need to see within ourselves. One of my superpowers is being able to see what your superpower is, and you know those little niggles you feel? I’m gonna amplify them so hard that you have no choice but to do what they want of you. You know it's time.

So invite me in, read my words, and let's get moving... because this revolution isn't gonna take care of itself.

| soul book trilogy

Almost here. Three volumes containing my body of work for the last 8 years. Trace the arc from inner healing, deep re-connection, through to the liberation of social justice awareness.

I stand with these communities:

Inclusive image of the Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, LGBTQIA+, Trans, Non-Binary and Palestinian flags.

I deeply value inclusion & accessibility, and am committed to showing up for those values in practical and emotional ways, in both a personal and professional capacity.

I, Aliesha Bannister, acknowledge that I live and work on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation — sacred Country that continues to offer healing, vision, grounding, and inspiration. I honour the Wurundjeri people as the Traditional Custodians of this land, and pay deep respect to their Elders — past and present — as well as all knowledge holders.

For over 65,000 years, Aboriginal peoples have cared for these lands, waterways, and skies through deep, reciprocal relationship. This connection was never ceded. I stand with First Nations peoples in their ongoing fight for justice, recognition, and sovereignty. I am guided and inspired by the wisdom, culture, and spirit that continues to flow through Country, and I long for a future where this knowledge is not only respected, but re-centered in the collective life of this place.

Always was, always will be — Aboriginal land.
