This practice doesn't fit neatly into a single category — and despite years of trying to make it do just that, it was never meant to.
For almost two decades, I've been working at the intersection of inner life, energetic alignment, and one's authentic outer expression. What began as clinical Naturopathic practice has grown and shape-shifted into something that moves between the personal and the political, the embodied and the esoteric, the spoken word and the ways we connect beyond words.
The portals I offer might be varied and different, but the threads that run through them are the same. Truth. Fire. Soul. Connection. And the intention, always, is to better the experience of this human life, for all.

This is for those already in it.
