On this journey, I am your energetic guide, your soul liberator, your (figurative) match holder — and, where the body calls for it, your Naturopath. I work at the edges where the body meets the emotional, energetic, and spiritual Self, taking you into the parts of you screaming for freedom, and alchemising them into soul-led wisdom.
It's deep, sometimes confronting, energetically expansive — yet somehow, it's like taking your medicine with a spoonful of honey.
