A space for the unfiltered, real and sometimes messy experience of living in a body that doesn’t always cooperate, in a world that doesn’t always understand you —  all during a time of great uncertainty and change.

The pieces are mostly written from a personal perspective, with the occasional 'grounded in years of clinical experience' perspective woven in. Written with no shame, no performance, just honest stories from someone who gets it, and who —  despite the dumpster fire we are living in —  still believes we can build a better future, together... well, on most days anyway. ;)
