‘Make me a Mountain’ is almost spell-like in the way it aims to help us remember our most pure, natural essence inside.

13cm x 18cm
Written by writer, poet and intuitive practitioner Aliesha Bannister, this printed piece is mounted in a stunning clear glass frame, with gold-coloured edging. It will stand proudly on a flat surface.
Poem reads:
i want to feel so rawly alive that i become the same as the Earth, the same as the animals, and one with the trees. i want to become the bones of the dead and at the same time know i am also the powerful beating heart of wild horses running free across open plains and impossible rocky mountains.
i want to be fire and water, all at once. i want to move like wind and nurture like dirt. the caves, the lakes, the swamps… i am all of it. the weeds, that no-one wants and nobody planted, growing through barely visible cracks in concrete and mortar – please – let me know that degree of unapologetic self-expression and life force essence.
i want to feel the oneness. i want to know its knowing and see its seeing. i want to know stillness, and emit force. i want to turn myself inside out to discover, finally, that pure, glorious truth hidden inside – the light that unites us all.
