‘the gift of grief’ is a poem written by Aliesha Bannister. It’s printed on 200gsm mixed media (textured) paper, and mounted in a brushed gold style frame. The frame can be wall hung or sit on a flat surface.
Poem reads:
“the tectonic plates in your world have shifted, shunting you into a new reality. may this transition crack open your heart, and hold you in gentle and loving energy. as the seasons change, and time moves by, may the pain morph into a deeper, more pure love than ever before; as living, expanded codes of love and wisdom. in this healing, may your broken heart stay wide and rawly open. may that be the gift of grief.”
